Keys will be listed here with the machines each one is activated on, and a button to release a machine you no longer use. That needs the licence server, which is not built yet, so the shop is not open and there is nothing to list.

The trial is a direct download.
It needs no account and no key. Every frame carries the TRIAL mark until a licence is activated.

Changing it signs you out on every other machine as well.
